It's a specialty food shop with very little room for dining, making it perfect for those in search of a high quality meal to go. However, there are wooden tables and you'll feel like a local hanging out here. The Mediterranean and internationally inspired menu changes frequently and is upscale in terms of preparations and ingredients. There's a big glass food case at the front where you can see many of the dishes. Think simple and great!
The menu changes all the time and everything is homemade and fresh. There will be soups, salads, stews, main courses, and yummy desserts. "Dinner" consists of a main dish and choice of two sides. Recent main dishes included curry of sweet potato and chickpeas; roasted salmon with white wine sauce; veggie lasagne with roasted eggplant, chicken filets in a truffle sauce; fishcakes with a roasted sesame dressing and lasagna Bolognese. Sides included haricots vert with orange peel zest, marinated beetroot with lemon and apple, spicy bean salad; eggplant from the oven with miso; couscous with roasted pumpkin seeds; oven roasted potatoes; and wild and basmati rice.
