If you are in search of Dutch pancakes and omelets, come to this old school restaurant that is located in a 17th Century warehouse on one of the city's main canals. Pots of real syrup are found on each table and the open kitchen is unique. It's a little dark inside, rather small, and very Dutch.
The menu boasts over 75 kinds of pancakes and nearly a dozen omelet choices. Along with the pancakes and omelets there are also three soups offered and two salads. The omelets come with varying toppings such as ham, cheese, mushrooms, bell peppers, broccoli, onions, tomatoes, carrots and bacon. You can also add extra ingredients. Pancakes can be sweet or savory. Sweet additions include apple, banana, pineapple, granola, cherries, raisins, ginger, grand marnier, and nutella. Savory options are similar to the omelet toppings but also include chicken, salami and spinach.
