The name says it all. This casual eatery offers a big variety of the Dutch style pancake. The ambiance is Dutch cool and casual with light woods, high beamed ceilings and plentiful natural light. There are quite a few of these across the city. This one has indoor seating for about 50 and outdoor seating for 30. It is located about a block from Dam Square in the Red LIght District. Also served are a few other items such as salads.
Sweet and savory are the pancake options with fillings such as muesli, fruit, chocolate, ham, chicken, veggies, bacon, cheese and more. There are even the "Vitality Pancakes", for those looking for more healthful ingredients. There are two vitality options, chicken, spinach, zucchini, chili pepper, or, salmon, spinach and zucchini. There are a few other menu items, but come for the pancakes. For those who enjoy a thicker pancake, there are American pancakes here too.
