The Frontrunners of Cincinnati is a non-competitive social group that welcomes runners and walkers at all levels. They meet three times a week: Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30p and Saturday at 9:15a.

Located within a 10-minute drive from downtown, Mt. Airy Forest offers runners, walkers and hikers an assortment of hills, streams, and woods. This flat, dirt route combines several trails to make a 4-mile loop around the oval picnic shelter and goes around the ridge of the trees and woodlands.
A great tour through downtown's parks and waterways, our mileage starts/finishes at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati. (If you want to get off road, you may find some worn paths through the park.)

The executive-size Gym has is part of a big chain and that means that there is a plentiful supply of equipment.
It's only open during the "season". But when it is open, it's a fabulous lap swim option with its five regulation 25 meter lanes. The pool is part of the 4.5 acre greenspace. Also here are basketball courts, playground, and open park space.
