This is the place to dive into salads and wraps made with locally sourced ingredients. You can select one of the Market's creations or build your own. Along with the salads and wraps, a daily soup is offered. The decor is bright and cheery with light woods and lime green accents. You can dine inside or when the weather is nice outside on the patio. It's order at the counter and the line gets long, but it moves fast. The super busy time is between 11:45a and 1:15p.
Now let's talk about the food. Any of the "signatures" can be served as a salad or wrap. Examples include the Blackened Cobb with chicken, egg, red onion, feta and tomato; Tuscan Orzo with chicken, spinach, and paremesan crisps; the Pacific features pan seared tofu, spinach, edamame and pineapple; the Green Machine has spinach, avocado, broccoli, edamame, asparagus, chickpeas and sunflower seeds.
Customizers will enjoy creating their own. Select Greens (spinach, iceberg, romaine, spring, arugula), "Crunch" (fruits, peppers, broccoli, egg, green beans, olives, pasta, red onion, almonds etc.), Cheese (feta, parmesan crisps, aged white cheddar...), and "Premiums" (grilled chicken, salmon, tofu, bacon, steak, specialty veggies and cheeses).
It can add up fast when you build your own! Dressings are house made and come in varying flavors.
