The upscale Ocean Club is located on the second level of Easton Town Center. It is modern and cool with white linens, exposed rock, wood panels, contemporary wood chairs, vibrant lighting and a huge mermaid as the dining room centerpiece. While the bar area is roomy, the menu is very limited (oysters, shrimp, fish and chips, Kobe sliders and fries).
Fish and more fish are on the menu! Shrimp cocktail, crab legs, tuna, and crab cakes are starter examples. The salad selection is pretty good with the "singature" romaine, spinach, apples, goat cheese and walnuts being the most impressive. In terms of entrées there are about 8 chef creations such as blackened snapper with wilted spinach and jalapeno corn tartar, ginger salmon with stir-fried snap peas and pecan crusted trout. Luckily for those who like to customize, you can also order your fish simply broiled with sauce or topping of choice. Carnivores can select from 8 different cuts of meat. For extra green order steamed asparagus, broccoli or green beans.
