Hungry travelers can opt for the casual ground floor caffe/bar or the first floor restaurant. The upstairs restaurant is more upscale and specializes in regional Italian cuisine. Along with pastas, there are several solid fish options. The decor for both spaces is attractive and comfortable.
At the restaurant, customizers can peruse the appetizers and sides to create a light meal. Various veggies are offered along with side salads. Appetizers may include jumbo shrimp, a daily soup, carpaccio, or buffalo mozzarella. In terms of main courses, there are patas, fish and meats. Pastas come in two sizes, and there are several fish entrées (grilled seabass, tuna steak, salmon), meat entrées (duck, a rich chicken breast dish, beef, veal) and happily veggie sides. Ask for steamed! For lunch it's a set menu with choice of one antipasti (3 choices), one entree (of 3 -- a pasta, fish or meat) and dessert.
The Caffe menu offers a number of antipasti, pastas, pizzas and main courses such as chicken paillard, pan-fried salmon, and sausage stew.
