Yo Sushi offers nearly 100 choices including sashimi, makis, hand rolls and hot cooked food such as char grilled chicken. Don't be put off by the conveyor belt system rotating the food. Hot dishes and hand rolls can be ordered from one of the team members. Yo gets fish deliveries 6 days a week; the tuna is dolphin friendly; and take out is served in compostable boxes. There are plenty of options for those who prefer their food cooked including soups (miso, chicken dumpling, spicy seafood udon), char-grilled skewers (chicken, salmon, asparagus), chicken gyoza, seafood rice, various teriyakis and veggie rice.
