Located in the Hyatt Regency Convention Center Hotel, this Italian steakhouse offers an upscale dining experience with balance. The open kitchen boasts a pizza oven that turns out tasty pies along with a variety of seafood and steaks. Roman style columns, black and white marble floors, a high ceiling, dark wood tables that nicely contrast with muted walls create a contemporary and stylish dining room. The Milan-inspired lounge is a nice spot to enjoy a beverage. TVs can be found at the bar...so it's not that fancy!
Dinner begins with starters such as ahi tuna poke, carpaccio, crab cakes and calamari. Along with the minestrone soup and shrimp cocktail other sensible choices include the pear and endive salad, chopped salad, seafood pasta, grilled tofu, miso glazed halibut, blackened yellow tail and any of the veggie sides. There are typically 3 or more offered such as steamed asparagus, roasted mushrooms, and sauteed spinach. For big eaters, steaks and chops, heartier chicken dishes and pastas are also served. The elaborate, unlimited Sunday champagne brunch is Vegas worthy and includes salads, pastas, baked goods, omelets, shrimp, crab, lamb, beef, and ham.
