Hue's trendy, stylish and sleek decor along with its diverse Asian inspired menu attracts a "to be seen" crowd. This Thornton Park eatery has two small dining rooms along with a patio. The bar is lively and most often crowded. The menu offers a number of smaller plates, simple preparations along with more fussy creations.
Menus are printed daily. At lunch consider the trio of shrimp, salmon and tuna tartar or the grilled flat bread and one of the half dozen salads for a sensible meal. Wood grilled salmon or ahi, tamari grilled chicken, pan seared scallops, and tamari roasted duck can be added to any salad. Grilled fish, chicken or tenderloin sandwiches, sirloin burgers, and a deli style wrap are other lunch fare. The dozen or so entrées include Asian takes on ahi, duck, salmon, and crab cakes. There is also a pasta, filet mignon and double cut pork chop. The dinner menu is about the same with the elimination of sandwiches and the addition of a handful of daily entrée specials.
The brunch menu offers about 5 additional selections including pancakes, waffles and egg dishes.
Open daily for lunch and dinner. Lunch and weekend brunch begin at 11:30a.
