Butcher and Singer is a steakhouse where classy meets trendy. This restaurant pays homage to old Hollywood with low lights, dark woods, plush booths, and tall ceilings. It's expensive and best suited to those looking for steakhouse ambiance and market-style menu. Don't come looking for "value."
For both lunch and dinner, they have a raw bar with a variety of fresh oysters and shrimp and other sensible eats. Both menus are steakhouse typical meaning a variety of fish, meat and salads. The quality of the food is very high. For lunch they include sandwiches, entree salads and a smaller selection of steaks. For dinner, there are your standard steaks plus seafood options such as swordfish, lobster, and halibut. For both lunch and dinner vegetables can be ordered on the side. This is definitely a restaurant to go to when you’re willing to splurge a little.
Open for lunch M-F 11:30a-2:30p and dinner nightly atarting at 5p and 4p Sunday.
