Essene offers natural foods, organic produce, vitamins and other grocery items. Essene also boasts a deli, bakery and self-serve buffet style cafe. All food for the café is prepared on site and is free of animal products and refined sweeteners. Take it out or eat in the quiet dining area with wood tables and chairs. The menu changes daily, but the buffet offers soups, hot vegan dishes, lots of veggies, fresh fruit and juices, sandwiches and salads. The deli also offers prepackaged sandwiches.
