This bright and airy yoga studio is located in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh on the 1st floor of the Encore Building. Most teachers come from a Vinyasa background and classes are primarily non-heated Vinyasa/Hatha styles with specific classes of: Yin, Restorative, Foundations, Meditation and multilevel Vinyasa/Hatha. Along with this downtown location, there is another on the north side of the city. Both locations have changing spaces but NO showers.
In terms of the schedule, 3-4 classes are offered each day with the earliest class starting at 6:30am on weekdays, and 8a on the weekends. The latest class on the schedule at this location starts at 7:30pm.
Both studios keep the temperature in the yoga room at 70 degrees year round. An onsite water fountain is available to fill your own water bottle, but NO water is sold for environmental reasons. Locally made fresh pressed juices are sold
Drop in rate is $20. Mat rental is $2 in cash, or for free in exchange for a post on social media (tagging the studio). No towel rentals.
