This boutique style fitness studio is located on Pittsburgh's North Shore and a block away from PNC Park. It offers indoor cycling, power yoga and fusion classes. Classes are 45 to 75 minutes in duration, and it is recommended that you reserve your class in advance because classes fill up quickly. For the indoor cycling classes only, wear sneakers or bring your SPD compatible clips. Urban Elements has showers and locker rooms.
CLASSES:
Indoor cycling classes are termed "Ryde" and are 45 minutes long. The RealRyder cycles mimic an outdoor riding experience.
Ryde/Py-yo Fusion classes are 60 minutes with the first 30 minutes on the bike and the second 30 transitioning to the 85 degree heated yoga room.
Sculpt and Flow classes are 50 minutes and take place in a heated yoga room. Class ends with a cold lavender towel!
Ryde and Rock is a 60 minute fusion class that combines cycling and bodyweight exercises. The first half is on the bike and the second half in the yoga room.
Vinyasa Power Yoga classes are 60 to 75 minute in the heated yoga room.
In terms of schedule, there are 2 to 6 classes offered each day with the earliest class beginning at 6a and the latest at 7p.
Pricing: 10-day unlimited $20; Single yoga class drop-in $15; Ryde/Fusion Class drop-in $18
Complimentary shower towels, hand towels, yoga blocks and straps are provided. Yoga mat rental is $2 and water is available for purchase.
On-street pay parking along Federal Street, General Robinson and Isabella Street. Street parking is free on Sundays.
