This friendly and casual cafe has wood tables and floors, local artwork on display and a wood beamed ceiling. It's not the decor you'll come for but a menu rich in Latin American cuisine. When the weather is nice, there is a small patio for outdoor dining.
Along with a number of appetizers, lunch offers a bevy of tasty possibilities including spring paella, chipotle chicken salad on romaine, "tinga" which is pulled chicken simmered in a blend of peppers/onions and then stuffed in a Cuban roll, a vegetarian burrito, and fajitas. Dinner affords more options including big salads, vegetarian dinners (veggie fajitas, grilled eggplant and roma tomato quesadilla, stuffed poblanos), chicken dishes (herb grilled breast in a mango sauce, ginger citrus chicken, and chicken and mole), and seafood and meat creations such as plantain crusted mahi-mahi, and marinated flank steak. There are some lighter options such as the vegetarian dish of black beans and rice, the spring paella and poached salmon with rice and fresh slaw.
