We recommend this club primarily for those staying at the Millenium Hotel, Cambria, or the Holiday Inn Express, since guests receive complimentary access by showing their room key. Millennium owns three clubs around town and this representative is useful for a workout or two, but we wouldn't want it to be our home club. The gym is located in an older strip mall, we can just visualize the previous tenant selling groceries or shoes out of this space.
The cardio machines are a mix of old and new models with the bikes being the "senior citizens" in the room. The treads and ellipticals are much more desirable, but you may have to wait for your turn during the after work rush.
Millennium also houses a large free weight room. The purple-colored walls aren't very attractive, but the dumbbells up to 130 lbs, Hammer Strength equipment, and bench/squat racks are pleasing to the senses and muscles. Various classes are offered, but bring your own towel.
It's $10/day or $30/week for those not staying at the two hotels mentioned above.
