This community-based yoga studio offers 60 and 90 minute heated Hatha yoga classes and some unheated classes as well.  The 90-minute ‘All Levels Hot Yoga’ class is offered the most frequently and consists of a series of 26 to 32 postures and 2 breathing exercises that are practiced in a heated room. It's a Bikram styled class. The class is also offered in a 60-minute format. The ‘Hot Power Flow’ class is conducted in a semi-heated environment (around body temperature), while most other heated classes are conducted at a temperature slightly above that.

The lobby area is cheerful with its light green walls, orange accents and various artwork. The practice room is large and welcoming with neutral walls, soft flooring, wooden beams and large windows. The room actually has different "zones" that are maintained at different temperatures; so if you prefer a slightly cooler environment, you can simply move to another section of the room.

The studio is also equipped with changing rooms and showers.

The drop-in fee for a single class is $13, and an unlimited 7-day introduction pass costs $20. Discounts are also available for seniors and students. New students will want to show up at least twenty minutes ahead of class time. Overall, this quickly growing studio is both friendly and affordable.
