We recommend this facility primarily for its aquatic options--25-yard indoor and 25-meter outdoor lappers--two of the very few true lap pools in downtown Salt Lake. The outdoor pool is seasonal, so don't expect to swim under the sun October-April. Still, the 4-lane indoor option is worth the drive over and dip in.
Plenty of other fitness options are available here too, including cardio and strength equipment, free weights, and group exercise classes (yoga, barre, cycling, pilates).
Admission costs $16/day ($8 if with a member) and the scant number of other lap pools in Salt Lake City make the cost relatively reasonable.
