Along with the fresh brewed beers, this pub offers an eclectic menu for all three meals based on organic and locally grown food. Squatters only serves wild salmon, free range buffalo, organic eggs and produce. They also use no trans fat oils. Exposed brick, high wood beamed ceilings and a fireplace create a warm and cozy dining atmosphere. There is also a big bar and a spacious outdoor patio.
With a reliance on seasonal, fresh and local, the menu changes frequently. Starters include hummus, mussels and frites, edamame as well as good old nachos, buffalo wings and artichoke dip. Soups and real salads (including a blackened tilapia salad, Greek, and an ahi spring roll salad), gourmet pizzas, burgers (beef, turkey, veggie), sandwiches, and more entrée like dishes such as ahi tacos, charbroiled lamb, fresh fish, jambalaya, pasta, a Pan-Asian stir fry with choice of tofu or chicken, a Thai curry and roasted half chicken complete this eclectic menu. The brunch menu offers a tofu scramble as well as egg dishes (with option to substitute egg whites), huevos rancheros, buckwheat pancakes, and calorie laden scones.
