Located in Salt Lake City International Airport (Terminal 2), this restaurant offers an eclectic menu with organic and locally grown food, and even better, uses no trans fat oils. Great for a quick breakfast, lunch, or dinner as you make that connecting flight! With a reliance on seasonal, fresh and local, the menu changes frequently.
Starters include hummus, mussels and frites, edamame, muhammara as well as good old nachos, buffalo wings and artichoke dip. Soups and real salads (including a blackened tilapia salad), gourmet pizzas, burgers (beef, turkey, veggie), sandwiches, and more entrée like dishes such as ahi tacos, charbroiled lamb, jambalaya, pasta, a chicken chimichanga, spicy sautéed pineapple chicken, a Thai curry and carnitas tacos complete this eclectic menu. The breakfast menu offers a tofu scramble as well as egg dishes, huevos rancheros, buckwheat pancakes and lighter options such as hot oatmeal and house made granola with fruit and yogurt. Can substitute egg whites and the restaurant will prepare dishes vegetarian or vegan style on request.
