This small, bright and inviting cycling studio has big windows and hardwood floors. Fifteen Spinner NXT indoor bikes grace the space. All cycles are equipped with Look, SPD, or caged pedals. Wear your workout shoes, or bring your own clip-on cycle shoes. No shoe rental here. For those who like tracking their output, Polar Heart Rate straps that connect to the bike’s computer consoles are provided at no additional cost. Expect up-beat music and instructors who know how to motivate. Rides are challenging but easily modified to individual skill level.
Classes offered are 45 or 60 minutes long. The earliest class starts at 6am and the latest at 5:30pm. However, only a few classes are offered each day, so check the online schedule. Additionally, classes often fill up! Online reservations are recommended. If you must cancel, do so three hours prior to class start time or you will be charged.
No showers or lockers here. Students place their belongings on top of benches in the back of the cycle room.
Bring your own water, or you can fill up your bottle for free at the water cooler in the studio. The studio does not sell water, but towels are provided for students to use during the class.
