We recommend this community center primarily for its lap pool, but keep your expectations in check even for the water box, and seriously consider driving instead to the incredible Chavez Olympic size stunner.
Driving 10-15 minutes for a workout is frustrating, and we strive to avoid this necessity. But you must see this place to believe it! Pulling into the ample and free parking lot, this athletic center could easily be mistaken for an NBA arena.
Our local athletic-minded traveler recommends the Saturday and Sunday mornings group rides for stronger riders (cat 1 or 2). Details below. However, the link that we are giving goes to Mellow Velo's page on additional group rides that are "no drop" and less intense.
This unique fitness haven is residential in style with its big windows and large glass pull-up garage doors that allow natural light to spill into its interiors. Inside the uniquely designed gym, high ceilings with exposed pipes, live greenery and cool cement floors give off a pleasing rustic fee
This small, bright and inviting cycling studio has big windows and hardwood floors. Fifteen Spinner NXT indoor bikes grace the space. All cycles are equipped with Look, SPD, or caged pedals.

Although this 25,000 square foot club has no pool, it is convenient for those staying on or near the Plaza (5-minute drive). We strongly recommend Chavez for any workout, but if you are pressed for time and need a quick health club hit, Santa Fe Spa will substitute nicely.
It's two for one here!
