1. A good workout option
2. A good night's sleep

A majority of business travelers exercise when traveling (Expedia 2008 Study), and nearly two-thirds of travelers favor a hotel with a good gym.

Adding to our Athletic-Minded Team means more YOGA options

Early this summer we added a new team member, Becka Christian, a certified yoga teacher and practitioner. She has been significantly expanding our yoga studio content. Her objective over the next couple of months is to provide a yoga option in every city we cover. Hooray!

Leading the young to fitness

This past Wednesday?s Journal of the American Medical Association reported that approximately one third of US teens could not pass a treadmill fitness test. The study suggests that this population may be at a higher risk for heart disease later in life.

There are loads of studies demonstrating the benefits of physical activity?from stronger cardiovascular health to improved mental well-being.
